Bell & Ross Depicts Space-Time on Your Wrist with the Groundbreaking BR-03 Space Mission Watch
When one contemplates the enigmatical expanse of the cosmos, it’s usually through a telescope, not a wrist-watch. Bell & Ross, however, is rewriting the rules of how we engage with the universe, showcased in their innovative BR-03 Space Mission timepiece. Building on the success of the BR-03 Astro released in 2025, this new edition literally charts a course through the universe, sans the conventional watch hands.
Instead of the typical hour hands, the watch encompasses transparent rotating discs that carry images of Earth and the Moon, with the Moon marking the time. A spaceship, inspired by the Vortex - a reusable spacecraft concept developed by Dassault Aviation, marks the minutes. Operating like a miniature solar system on your wrist, the scene on the dial shifts as the disc and spacecraft move, presenting a different view with each glance.
Sporting a 41 mm case crafted from micro-blasted black ceramic and standing 10.6 mm thick, the watch houses the automatic BR-CAL.325 movement. This mechanism is robust and reliable, reverberating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, backed by a 54-hour power reserve. The watch comes completed with a black rubber strap and an ultra-resilient black synthetic fabric strap, both secured with a steel pin buckle finessed in matte black PVD.
Released in a limited series of 999 pieces, the BR-03 Space Mission takes watch-wearers on a journey across the vastness of space each time they check the time. Priced at EUR 4,990, it’s less a watch and more a ticket to partake in a cosmic ballet right on your wrist.
