Discover Inercy Paris' Charming New Line: The Compass Collection

Published: 05 Oct 2026
Inercy Paris, a young French-based microbrand, unveils its new Compass Collection - a marriage of Swiss automatic movement and compass-inspired designs.

Paris-based microbrand, Inercy, has captured the horology world’s attention once again with the launch of its latest collection, the Compass. It represents a new direction for Inercy, pivoting away from the tourbillon-focused One model that propelled them into the limelight. At the heart of the Compass Collection is a Swiss-made automatic movement from La Joux-Perret, diverging from the Chinese manual-winding tourbillon module of its predecessor.

The Compass watch transforms the compass theme into a chic, everyday wearable timepiece. It is available in two variants - ‘Light’ and ‘Dark,’ representing the simplistic duo of white and black. The watch’s steel case integrates two crowns that control an inner rotating bezel, functioning as both a time-telling scale and a solar compass.

The Compass hints at the underlying mechanical genius of the One, with its own set of quirks and features. The two crowns situated at 3 and 9 o’clock are eye-catching – with the former setting the time and the latter adjusting the bi-directional rotating bezel, which also doubles as a solar compass. The watch is further enhanced with classic Dauphine hands for hours and minutes, equipped with white Super-LumiNova inserts. The seconds hand, inspired by a compass needle, sports a red tip, injecting a dash of color into the monochrome dials.

The 39mm wide, 10mm thick watch comes in a 316L stainless-steel body, affirming its robustness. With an exhibition sapphire caseback, watch lovers can savor a peek at the custom rotor powering the watch. Bolstering its credentials as an everyday watch, the Compass offers a water resistance of up to 100 meters. With the Compass collection, Inercy Paris reaffirms its commitment to affordability without compromising innovation and design sophistication.
