Wonders of Collaboration: Bulgari Partners With Independent Watchmaker Vianney Halter on the New Octo Finissimo Dual Time

Stepping into the unexpected, renowned watch manufacturer Bulgari has embarked on a new journey of creativity, partnering for the first time with an independent watchmaker, Vianney Halter. The fruit of this surprising collaboration is a remarkable masterpiece in watchmaking — the Bulgari Octo Finissimo Dual x Vianney Halter. A result of the merge of Bulgari’s measured design and Halter’s maximalist perspective, the modern steampunk aesthetic conjured by this collaboration is nothing short of breathtaking.

Interestingly, the partnership has generated a piece that is thicker than previous Octo Finissimo models. Despite the increase in thickness, the new watch remains resplendently elegant in sandblasted titanium or rose gold cases, the former also coming with a titanium bracelet and the latter with a brown alligator strap. The rose gold variant is limited to 15 pieces and retails for $123,000, while the titanium version is capped at 30 pieces for $80,000 each.

As an additional treat, Bulgari presents another Octo Finissimo release, the ‘Dazzle’, an 80-piece limited edition built around a 40mm by 5.15mm sandblasted titanium case. Inspired by automotive camouflage, this unique design highlights Bulgari’s relentless pursuit of creativity and innovation.
