Citizen’s design philosophy for the Photon prioritized comfort and wearability without negating aesthetics. Despite appearing larger, it sits snugly on the wrist with a 39.6mm-wide and 9.9mm-thick cushion-style casing. Water-resistant to 50 meters, it houses a beautifully domed sapphire crystal. An interesting design nuance is the dial text positioned on the sapphire crystal underside, achieving a clear print on a non-traditional surface.
