Czapek Revamps Classic Timepiece with an Elegant Touch in the New Promenade Transparencies Aqua Blue Edition!

Published: 20 Aug 2026
Celebrated independent watchmaking brand, Czapek, takes modern horology to a new level with the release of the Promenade Transparencies Aqua Blue watch.

Czapek, a reputable independent watchmaking brand, continues to raise the bar in modern horology by highlighting classic watchmaking elements in their new release. The new Czapek Promenade Transparencies Aqua Blue introduces a hint of elegance to the brand’s contemporary Promenade collection. The collection, since its inception in 2024, has been a hub for artistic dial designs such as the Plissé, Diamond Drops, and Goutte de Rosée editions.

Czapek takes a colossal step in horology by utilizing Calibre SXH7 in the Aqua Blue Timepiece. This in-house SXH5 movement’s evolution has been fully skeletonised and particularly reformed to be displayed from both the watch’s sides. The watchmaker was inspired by François Czapek’s 19th-century pocket watches, replicating the multi-bridge architecture in Aqua Blue’s openworked seven bridges.

Unarguably, Czapek went back to its roots by presenting a watch with an escapement and rearranged layout of components. To enhance the aesthetic beauty, the automatic winding system incorporates a micro-rotor with a mass made from 100% recycled platinum. The finishing touches, visible on both sides, entails openworked ratchets, sandblasted rhodium-plated bridges, straight-grained flanks, and hand-chamfered angles.

The owner of the new Czapek Promenade Transparencies Aqua Blue will be happy to flaunt the watch on a dark blue nubuck leather strap, emphasizing the overall aqua aesthetic. A stainless steel Milanese mesh bracelet is also available. This version, limited to 38 pieces, is undoubtedly a valuable addition to any watch enthusiast’s collection.
