Zenith Launches Chronomaster Original Paris Edition: A Verdigris Green Marvel Limited to the French Market

Zenith has revealed yet another jewel to its enduring El Primero A386 collection—the Chronomaster Original Paris Edition. This timepiece is an exclusive delight for the French market, evoking the spirit of its retro roots charmingly intertwined with contemporary design elements.

The 38mm stainless steel timepiece is presented with flat, polished case flanks, pump chronograph pushers, and tapered lugs. Designed with a box-shaped sapphire crystal, the Chronomaster Original Paris Edition carries an undeniable allure of vintage flair. Among the dominant features of this piece is the Verdigris-green gradient dial that transitions from light at the center to a deeper shade at its perimeter. This unique dial backdrop dramatically highlights triple tone-on-tone subdials flanking just below the dial plane and accented by crisp white printed graduations.

The Chronomaster Original Paris Edition is coupled with a two-stitch leather strap and also includes a sleek stainless-steel bracelet. The latter comes fitted with Zenith’s new ‘Zenclasp’—a folding clasp meticulously crafted from a cluster of 41 components, including 10 ceramic balls, and developed across three years. An integrated micro-adjustment system enables users to adjust the sizing in 2.5-mm increments, spanning up to a total adjustment range of 10mm.

Each timepiece includes an engraved ‘ÉDITION PARIS’ mark and a unique numbering between 1 to 50 on the sapphire case back. Priced at approximately $13,500, the Chronomaster Original Paris Edition is strictly reserved for the French market, rendering it an exquisite collector’s item with a touch of Parisian charm.
