Ascend to New Horizons with the Exceptional Bell & Ross BR-03 Helipad
Inspired by the world of rotorcraft, the Bell & Ross BR-03 Helipad charters a new flight path in horological design. Upon first glance, the timepiece conjures images of iconic 80s series, Airwolf’s, high-speed helicopter pursuits. Rooted in the aviation tradition, the Bell & Ross BR-03 Helipad joins the ranks of watches modeled after airplane and helicopter dashboard instruments. Previous iterations have imitated radar displays, airspeed indicators, gyrocompasses, and more.
The BR-03 Helipad distinguishes itself through its square, micro-blasted black ceramic case. Measuring 41mm in width and length, it features rounded corners adorned with functional screws. The round bezel opens up to an unusual time display, enclosed by a screw-down crown and solid caseback over the movement. With a water resistance rating of 100 meters, it stands ready for emergency water landings.
Powering this masterpiece, Bell & Ross employs their in-house BR-Cal.327 calibre, an automatic Sellita SW300-1 at its core. With a rate of 28,800vph, it guarantees a ‘flight time’ of 54 hours. This timepiece is presented on a bright yellow rubber strap with a black pin buckle and an additional synthetic fabric strap, echoing the audacious spirit of its aviation roots.
Limited to 500 pieces, the Bell & Ross BR-03 Helipad embodies the junction of advanced horology and bold design.
