Chopard, the revered watchmaker, known for its long-standing association with the Mille Miglia, unveils the new Mille Miglia GTS Power Control Grigio-Blu edition. Sharing an unbroken partnership since 1988, the nascent watch model embodies the brand’s automotive spirit and earnest affection for the distinguished car event.

Designed to emulate the allure of racing car dashboards, the newly introduced model carries a snappy Grigio-Blu (blue-grey) dial, delivering a contemporary touch to the Mille Miglia collection. The GTS (Gran Turismo Sport) line, established in 2015, prominentlyfeatures this novel time-and-date, chronograph and Power Control model. The power reserve feature on the dial, crafted in the vein of an analogue fuel gauge, lends a unique charm.

A distinctive hue of bluish-grey colours the dial, complemented by a textured finish symbolising an asphalt roadway. The hour markers and Arabic numerals are adorned with black Super-LumiNova, radiating an old-world elegance. Splashes of red accents, found on the power reserve and date window, evoke the spirit of the Mille Miglia.

Preserving the movement of the watch is the COSC chronometer-certified automatic movement, tucked behind eight screws and a secured sapphire crystal casing. The Mille Miglia GTS Power Control Grigio-Blu model, limited to only 250 pieces, comes with a technical black textile strap and a Lucent steel folding clasp, offering a sleek, vintage appeal priced at EUR 7,940.
