The Netherlands-based Sero Watch Company Innovates Classic Watch Design with Signature Collection

Published: 26 May 2026
Sero Watch Company, a growing microbrand, has introduced its Signature collection in a bid to redefine dress watch aesthetics.

Boldly stepping into the challenging market of dress watches, Sero Watch Company emulates refinement and throws reinvention out the window. Based in the Netherlands, this emerging microbrand unveiled their Signature collection, surprising watch enthusiasts with a fresh twist on traditional designs.

Their aim wasn’t to deliver the most innovative dress watch in the market, but rather, to perfect the underlying principles of watch design. Key features include compact proportions, a slender manual-winding mechanism, and an overall user-friendly design that feels more high-end than its price might suggest.

The development of the Signature collection was a labour of love, taking close to four years of progressive refinement to reach its final form. The collection boasts four models: Signature Gold, Signature Silver, Signature Blue and Signature Red. Each piece exudes a casual elegance that makes them suitable for everyday wear, rather than just for special occasions.

Metallic, vertically brushed dials in silver, gold, blue, and red invoke the charisma of their 1930s to 1950s counterparts. Dial highlights include the deeply engraved Breguet-style numerals and the minute track around the edge peppered with dots. The thermally blued spade hands with curved surfaces usher in a sense of timelessness.

The watches run on the manually wound Sellita SW210-1B Elaboré - a Swiss movement based on the ETA 2801 architecture. This classic-looking hand-wound watch demonstrates Sero’s commitment to elegance, precision and grace.
