Zenith Debuts Updated Chronomaster Sport: Spotlight on Two-Tone Design with Mother-of-Pearl Dial
The Zenith Chronomaster Sport, known for its robust characteristics and sporting a high-frequency El Primero movement, has added an appealing twist to its design. The watch, traditionally crafted in stainless steel with a ceramic bezel, has now embraced a two-tone approach, beautifully blending steel with 18-carat rose gold. The dial design, rather than the typical sunray pattern or matte surfaces, is now complemented by a mother-of-pearl backdrop paired with the signature three-colour counters.
The case, a 41mm combination of stainless steel and rose gold, gives the watch a warmer, dressier tone. The gold-plated hands and hour markers, coated with Super-LumiNova, elegantly stand out against the mother-of-pearl dial. Maintaining consistency across the Chronomaster Sport line, the date window is placed at 4:30. As expected from this chronograph series, the familiar case shape and brushed-polished surfaces’ mix are retained. The watch comes with water-resistance up to 100 metres.
Echoing the same two-tone theme, the watch is paired with a bracelet combining stainless steel outer links with rose gold centre links. Zenith also includes a casual alternative to the bracelet - a black rubber strap equipped with a folding clasp. The watch, limited to 50 pieces, is priced at CHF 17,900.
