In celebration of its newfound position as the Official Timekeeper for Formula 1, TAG Heuer has launched redesigned automatic chronographs with a new case shape and vibrant colours.

TAG Heuer is no stranger when it comes to its connection with the world of motorsports. And this year, it further solidifies its relationship with Formula 1 by becoming its Official Timekeeper. This move follows a well-speculated transition from Rolex being replaced by LVMH, through a ten-year partnership with the sport. With this prestigious accomplishment, TAG Heuer turns the spotlight on its Formula 1 collection, this time with a renewed significance to the collection name on the dial.

In marking this special occasion, TAG Heuer has unveiled a series of five automatic chronographs featuring a new case shape and brightly accented, a highlight being a special edition continuing TAG’s relationship with Oracle Red Bull Racing. The new 44mm wide and 14.1mm thick cases are blocky, angular, and reflect the styling cues of a tonneau justifying the brand’s ingenuity in design influence.

TAG Heuer incorporates its Caliber 16, based on the ETA 7750, into these watches. Each watch in the line-up is given an exciting color splash, cleverly injected into every piece. From red to light blue and even lime green, the accents appear in a lacquered track circling the applied indices and completing the look are color-matched rubber straps adding to the overall vibrant expression.

TAG Heuer, with its long-standing relationship with the racing world, once again proves its design mastery in creating timepieces that captures the exhilarating thrill of speed and the minimalist beauty of race cars. This new collection symbolizes the enduring symbiosis between the brand and the high-octane world of Formula 1.
