Singer Reimagined Gifts Horology with the Exquisite Caballero Titanium Collection
Singer Reimagined, an esteemed Geneva-based watchmaking brand, is the brainchild of Rob Dickinson, the name behind Singer Vehicle Design known for its highly-customised Porsche 911 restomods, and distinguished Italian watch designer Marco Borraccino. The two found common ground in their admiration for the engineering prowess and aesthetic appeal of sports watches from the 60s and 70s era. From this shared affinity, the guiding principle of Singer was born - ‘Reimagined, Restored, Reborn’.
One of the standout creations from the Singer watch collection, the Caballero, serves as a testament to this ethos. While the brand is typically associated with intricate chronographs, this time-only piece proves Singer’s ability to excel across all modes. The duo recently announced the launch of two new variants of this classic watch, now rendered in lightweight titanium with fresh dial colours.
The watch also features some signature attributes that are typical of the brand. For instance, the golden-toothed flange on the dial aligns beautifully with the golden central pinion holding the hands in place. Further enhancing the watch face, the four rubies visible through apertures lend both aesthetic and functional value. Paired with matte dials in Avio Blue or Cocoa Brown, the minimalist aesthetic draws attention, but doesn’t shout for it. Adding a pop of colour, the orange Super-LumiNova in the tips of the hands matches the central seconds hand, taking a page out of Singer’s vibrant colour palette.
Consistent with its association with high-power motor vehicles, the watch is driven by the proprietary Calibre-4 movement. Developed from scratch, this manual-winding movement utilizes four barrels that provides an impressive flat torque curve and a six-day power reserve. Engineered for stability and precision, the movement ensures consistent amplitude across its entire reserve. Further amplifying the style quotient, the bridges are rhodium-plated and carefully finished with micro-blasting and polished chamfers.
The new Singer Caballero Titanium versions are accompanied by colour-coordinated textile straps with leather loops, tapering to a steel pin buckle. Starting May 2026, the watches can be purchased at a retail price of CHF 18,500, excluding tax. Here’s to celebrating passion, refined craftmanship, and superior functionality with the latest from the Singer Reimagined collection!
