Norqain Unveils Updated 40mm Adventure Watches: The Sweet Spot in Design and Comfort

Twisting traditional horological norms, Swiss watchmaker Norqain has unveiled an update to its famed Adventure watch series. Pioneering a fresh 40mm case size, which expertly sits between the previously offered 42mm or 37mm sizes, the brand aims to attract a wider customer base with this midsize offering.

What’s more exciting, the changes extend beyond just the size. The new Norqain Adventure 40mm watches feature multiple updates that not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also introduce a fresh lease of life into the brand’s catalogue.

Further distinguishing the latest releases, the new 40mm models appear to be fully replacing the 42mm Adventure Sport series. If so, this decision could be viewed as more of a reduction in size rather than establishment of a middle ground. However, it’s a move that’s expected to be well received among consumers who found the 42mm variant too clunky.

The 316L stainless steel case of the revamped Norqain Adventure watches stand at 40mm in width, 12.55mm in height, and 48.3mm lug-to-lug. This revised measurement ensures better wearability and comfort compared to the previous, slightly bulkier, 42mm version. Add to this, the bezel now features an aluminum insert, painted with triangles at the cardinal markers, and offering a touch of sheen. The knurled edge remains a constant factor, though multiple changes can be observed in the overall profile of the watch.

With these updates, Norqain has successfully introduced a fresher, more desirable offering in their Adventure series. It reaffirms the brand’s commitment to continuously evolving its collections and catering to the dynamic tastes of watch enthusiasts everywhere.
