Unveiling an Exclusive Fusion of Style: The Seiko x TiCTAC SZSB036 Offers a Robust Yet Aesthetic Dial

Published: 29 Jan 2026
TiCTAC pairs with watch giant Seiko to present two dial versions: gray and blue-green; sturdy, stylish, and strikingly affordable.

Japanese retailer TiCTAC originally collaborated with Seiko in 2019, exclusively designing various versions of the SZSB006. Rekindling the partnership, they recently released two new dial options of the SZSB036 model - one in a distinguished shade of gray, the other a stunning blue-green.

Built with a 40 mm x 11 mm, 48 mm lug-to-lug, 20 mm lug width, 100-meter water-resistant stainless steel case, the SZSB036 displays a restraint in size, suggesting that bigger isn’t always better. Available in two attractive variants, the timepieces feature a sunburst dial finish with a cathedral handset, drawing comparisons to the Rolex Explorer.

While the stamped stainless steel bracelet may not compete with premium watchmakers, it aesthetically aligns with iconic designs, reflecting Seiko’s commitment to style and practicality. Reflecting Seiko’s penchant for productive collaborations, the newly released model evokes memories of Casio’s delightful partnership with Bamford in the previous year.

In essence, Seiko and TiCTAC have bridged the gap between affordability and craze-worthy aesthetics, demonstrating that with proper craftsmanship, high style doesn’t always imply a high price.
