Diverse Collection of New Timepieces: Pocket Watches, Fliegers, and a Dress Watch Game-Changer

Published: 07 Dec 2025
Horology enthusiasts can celebrate as a fresh batch of fascinating timepieces from multiple brands grace the market, showcasing innovation and imagination.

This week, horology lovers get to feast their eyes on new timepieces, thanks to collaborative efforts from eight brands. Favourites among the releases include regulators, classic dress watches, and even pocket watches, proving variety is the spice of watchmaking.

Raymond Weil has partnered with well-known horological funster Romaric André, also known as seconde/seconde/, for the Toccata Heritage. This dressy iteration offers a simple but elegant solution to one of the common dilemmas of formal wear: cuff coverage. This limited edition watch’s design amusingly demarcates appropriate levels of cuff exposure, depending on the formality of the event. It also adds a touch of humour through an engraving on the caseback, urging wearers to wind their watch during conversation, dramatising an otherwise mundane task. Limited to 50 pieces, each hand-wound by the RW4100, this watch boasts 45 hours of power.

Undoubtably a trailblazer, the Studio Underd0g x Christopher Ward Alliance 02 pocket watch has come a long way since the release of Alliance 01. This phenomenal timepiece, created specifically to benefit the Alliance of British Watch and Clock Makers, is not only visually pleasing but also meaningful. This 44mm pocket watch holds the distinction of being powered by CW’s first-ever in-house, double-barrel, manual-wind movement, the CW-001, revealing a high level of craftsmanship and a tribute to the art of watchmaking.
