Artya Debuts Unique Multi-Coloured Sapphire Bezel Watch at Dubai Watch Week 2025

Artya, an avant-garde watchmaker, reveals their latest masterpiece, a watch boasting a novel quadricoloured sapphire bezel, at Dubai Watch Week 2025.

Artya, fostered by Yvan Arpa’s ingenuity, has consistently pushed boundaries in the watchmaking industry to create extraordinary timepieces. Their latest creation, unveiled at Dubai Watch Week 2025, is no different. The renowned watchmaker in collaboration with retailer Ahmed Seddiqi, launched two new sports watch versions featuring sapphire bezels, of which one stands out for its unique, groundbreaking design based on its AquaSaphir model.

The two sports watches elegantly fuse the design DNA of a dive watch with intricate sapphire crystal craftsmanship. However, while the notched bezel and 60-minute scale hint at a dive watch, they serve more of aesthetic function rather than professional diving aspects.

Other than the difference in aesthetics, the UAE edition watches retain the technical attributes of the original models. Encased within a 41mm fixed sapphire bezel are top, bottom and middle components made entirely of sapphire crystal. The watches are water-resistant up to 60 meters and come with a La Joux-Perret G100, a durable automatic movement featuring a 68-hour power reserve.

Further appealing to the UAE audience, Artya added a twist of sparkle with a dial made of radiant aventurine glass. The dial also features the UAE flag at the 6 o’clock position and an Arabic inscription that reads ‘Limited Edition, Dubai Edition’. Artya’s prowess in watchmaking innovation becomes clear with the unique edition watch’s single-block bezel housing four different coloured sapphires, a remarkable testament to the brand’s dedication to creatively breaking barriers.
