Vacheron Constantin Shines on its 270th Anniversary with Les Cabinotiers Collection
Renowned for its complications, Vacheron Constantin elevates its legacy on its 270th-anniversary as it unveils a series of exceptional pieces. Having previously wowed watch aficionados with the world’s most intricate pocket watch, the legendary watchmaker raises the bar yet again in 2025. This year, the house presents the Solaria wristwatch, featuring an impressive array of 41 complications - an accomplishment that shatters existing records.
In an enchanting end to the year, Vacheron Constantin unveils a trilogy of unique timepieces from its esteemed Les Cabinotiers workshop—the Armillary Tourbillon Myth of Pleiades, Cosmica Duo Grand Complication and a mystery third piece. Evoking a sense of astronomical beauty, this trilogy is part of the house’s La Quête 270th-anniversary series, accentuated with métiers d’art flourishes.
The Cosmica Duo Grand Complication is a 47mm, double-sided, reversible white gold masterpiece packed with 24 complications. The enclosed blue dial depicts a perpetual calendar and the Northern Hemisphere’s sky, the movement of constellations mapped on sidereal time, and a second time zone with day/night counters for local and home time. Its open-worked opposite side reveals the watch’s mechanical heart, true solar time, a running equation of time, sunrise/sunset times, and the age and phases of the moon. Complete with a minute repeater and a tourbillon regulator, the Cosmica Duo presents a jaw-dropping spectacle.
