Bovet Reinvents Luxury Timekeeping with Récital 12 Models Featuring Rare Malachite and Tiger’s Eye Dials
Bovet, the reputed name in the realm of luxury horology, continues its tradition of intricate artwork and intricate mechanics with its Récital 12 collection. Guided by Pascal Raffy, Bovet has risen as a vastly integrated manufacture in Switzerland. Not only does it create the watch cases and dials, but it also produces hairsprings, demonstrating their unrivalled commitment to quality and craftsmanship. In 2023, the brand diversified its portfolio by introducing its first bracelet timepiece, the Récital 12. The line has now been expanded with two splendid versions: Récital 12 Malachite and Tiger’s Eye.
The jewels in the Bovet crown are the two newly introduced Récital 12 models with dials made from malachite and tiger’s eye. This use of natural stones in dial creation is a first in the 200-year old history of the brand. The Malachite model exposes beautiful green striations while the Tiger’s Eye model flashes golden-brown tones with a captivating light effect. It is noteworthy that working with these stones is a challenging task as it demands very thin slices and ample polishing to assure stability without compromising on their natural shine.
Offered with a five-year warranty, both the Malachite and Tiger’s Eye Récital 12 models are available as limited editions with just 60 pieces each. Delivered on a titanium bracelet that seamlessly matches the casing, these watches integrate a folding clasp with a fine 3mm adjustment system that merges into the V-shaped links to form an infinity symbol when closed.
