Experience the Majestic SpaceOne WorldTimer: An Earthly-Crafted Wristwatch with a Galaxy of Time Zones

Published: 20 Jun 2025
Innovative watch brand SpaceOne releases a distinctive, avant-garde timepiece designed to enable hassle-free tracking of worldwide time zones.

Imagine you own a timepiece that does not just show the local time but also effortlessly aligns you with the rhythm of every other region on the globe. Put this in the context of the 21st century, when real-time communication is ubiquitous and remote work highly popular, you would find this quite handy. Heeding this call is the avant-garde watch brand, SpaceOne, with its cutting-edge WorldTimer watch model. The WorldTimer, a brainchild of a dynamic trio made up of the entrepreneur Guillaume Laidet, designer Olivier Gamiette, and watchmaker Theo Auffret, is an out-of-the-box thinking beauty that offers a uniquely practical solution to global timekeeping. While SpaceOne has previously demonstrated its creative prowess, of which we’ve seen in the Tellurium and original Jumping Hour models, the WorldTimer takes it a step further. With a case featuring three distinctive displays which tell the minutes and seconds, independent hours, and inclusive world time respectively, this watch is far from ordinary. All these operations are controlled with a three-position crown, allowing for manual winding, quick setting of the city disc, and simultaneous setting of two time discs. The SpaceOne WorldTimer leverages a Soprod P024 movement with a Theo Auffret-designed WorldTimer complication. Though the watch speaks a loud statement of technology, aesthetics are definitely not compromised. Encased in Grade 5 titanium with meticulously polished, brushed, and sandblasted surfaces, the WorldTimer is a spectacle to behold and truly stands out among its peers. Slated to be released via preorders in June 2025, this limited piece will be signed off at an exclusive price of €2,700 (excluding taxes). Beyond its functional appeal, the SpaceOne WorldTimer is a testament to watchmaking prowess in the 21st century, and it represents an extra-terrestrial approach to terrestrial timekeeping. This is innovation redefined, pushing the boundaries of horological possibilities.
