Biver Ushers In a Sophisticated Era With 11 New Takes on its Famed 'Automatique'

A year after launching the Automatique, Biver is expanding the collection with 11 fresh extensions, stunningly adorned with various enamel and stone dials.

After a triumphant introduction of the Automatique watch a year ago, Biver is expanding its successful lineup with 11 new variants that will serve as the new foundation for the brand’s imminent releases. These variations are distinguished by their splendid enamel and stone dial designs. With the original Automatique debut preceded by Biver’s minute-repeater tourbillon priced over $500,000, it’s no surprise that the automatic watch with a cost below $100,000 has immensely succeeded.

Among the 11 new releases, four models stand out. One model features a Grand Feu enamel dial in bordeaux or grey, encased in 18k yellow gold, with the brand’s 18k gold hour markers. Moreover, the cases of these watches are inspired by vintage Patek references such as the 3448, the Spillmann cases, and the ref. 2523 world time.

Inside these superior mechanical marvels is the 36 jewel Calibre JCB-003 microrotor movement, running at 3.5Hz. The movement offers intriguing hand-finishing, more Clous de Paris on the bridges, and a power reserve of 65 hours. The pieces are safeguarded with 80m water resistance and offer an insightful look into the movement via a display case back. Their prices range from CHF 80,000 to at least CHF 125,000, with a few models noted simply as ‘Price on Request’.
