In recent developments, Ben Küffer, the CEO of the family-owned watch brand Norqain, shared his insights into surviving in a fiercely competitive market. The young entrepreneur discussed the unique strategies that have fueled Norqain’s growth, one of which includes recruiting former and current professional athletes not only as brand ambassadors but also as investors and executives. The highlight of their partnerships is the recent agreement with the National Hockey League (NHL), which designated Norqain as its official luxury timepiece. Former NHL athlete and co-founder of Norqain, Mark Streit, guided this pioneering deal with the aid of NHL superstar and company investor Sidney Crosby.

Across the globe, French-Chinese brand Atelier Wen made waves with its announcement of the Millésime 2025 special edition, despite some manufacturing delays pushing its release to 2026. This model is Atelier Wen’s second small-batch limited-edition release. Reminiscent of their all-titanium Perception model unveiled in 2024, the 2025 edition features a 904L stainless steel structure and sports a natural stone dial in pietersite. As the elegant watch world continues on its journey, both new creations, partnerships and business strategies ensure a fascinating landscape.
